Preschool Classes

Ages 2 - 5 years (Parent and Me)


In this “Parent & Me” style class, parents will be welcomed out onto the floor with their child to help guide them through a fun and exciting Preschool gymnastics curriculum. This class will focus on the development of motor skills, strength, coordination, and socialization.

Tiny Tot Tumbling

Ages 4 & 5 *No Experience Required


In this class, your Tiny Tot will be  participating independently, it will provide the perfect practice for what a “big kid” class will be like once they are 6 yrs old. This curriculum will focus on two skills a week based on foundational tumbling & body awareness skills. For example: Forward Rolls, Backward Rolls, Handstands, Balance, Weight Transfer in upside down skills and more!

Intro to Level 1 Tumbling

Ages 6-18

*No Experience Required

Is your athlete new to tumbling and looking for a way to build up strength & Body control? Intro Level 1 is the perfect class for our beginner tumblers! This class will be led through an 8-week curriculum that will focus on two foundational tumbling skills per week, with an in class evaluation at the end of 8-weeks. Athletes will learn skills such as; Backward Rolls, Handstands, Cartwheels, Bridges, Kickovers, and more!

Level 1-5 Tumbling

Ages 6 and up

*Must have skill evaluation to attend

90 minute duration


Once your athlete has mastered the basics, they will be ready for our Level 1 tumbling class and as they progress we have classes for all levels. Our level 1-5 classes teach skills such as, back walkover, back handspring, back tuck, front  Aerials, and much more. Each level is filled with drills and tailored progressions to make sure athletes are challenged and consistently progressing their training.

High School Tumbling

High School Age

90 minute duration


This class offers the curriculum content of our Intro level 2 & level 2 classes with an emphasis on the skills required/desired for High School cheer teams. Athletes will not only be allowed time to practice their skills on their typical terrain, “dead mat” but also, they will be able to receive instruction and drills on our “spring floor” to allow them a place to learn new skills safely. This class also guarantees an age range that will be close to their current age ranges on a School team.

Cheer Basics Class

Ages 6-10 and ages 11-18

*No Experience Required

90 minute duration


In this class, athletes learn Cheerleading basics through an 8-week curriculum covering Motions, Jumps, Stunting, Flexibility, & Tumbling Timing. Each week, they'll practice routines leading up to a final performance. Suitable for athletes aiming for Competitive, Youth, Jr. High & High School cheer programs.

Flight School

Ages 6 to 18 years old

50 minute duration


Calling all aspiring cheer flyers!! This class prepares Flyers for aerial and ground skills with strength exercises designed for stunting muscles. There is a deep stretch period for flexibility and mobility. Athletes then practice in the air with experienced stunt groups, receiving individual coaching.

Hyper Flex

Ages 6 to 18 years old

*No Experience Required

50 minute duration


Our HyperFlex class is a 50 minute long full body stretch. We work on increasing flexibility in the legs, back and shoulders as well as building greater control over body movement with isolation movements. In this class your athlete will increase flexibility and body control which will help them improve in all areas of cheerleading; Tumbling, Jumps, Injury Prevention, and Stunting!
