CLASS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ’S)


1.HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR CLASSES?
You may visit our website and sign up from the convenience of your home at www.intensityallstars.com. We also have the necessary forms you need to sign up for your classes as well, such as the registration form, and class policy form that would need to be signed prior to you taking a class. Or if you need to you may call the office between 4:00pm to 7:00pm or stop by to sign up.


2.DO YOU OFFER A FREE TRIAL CLASS?
YES. We do offer your first class as a free trial class! We feel that by doing this it will let us know as well as you if your child is in the right class and most of all if they are going to enjoy the class they are in. Contact our front desk to set up your free trial class!


3.HOW MANY STUDENTS PER CLASS-----STUDENT/COACH RATIO?
We make a great effort to keep our classes at a low ratio in order for our students to get the most from their instructors. Our classes are usually kept to no more than 8 per class with the exception of our Flyer and Cheer Prep classes. Our flyer classes we usually have a few less and our Cheer Prep classes can go up to about 15 students.


4.ARE YOUR COACHES CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS?
Coaches are USASF credentialed certified coaches. They also hold a CPR and First Aid certification. They also attend year round training seminars to ensure they stay trained with the up most knowledge to pass on to our students.


5.DO YOU OFFER SIBLING DISCOUNTS?
YES we do. We offer 10% sibling discounts.


6.DO YOU OFFER MULTI CLASS DISCOUNTS?
YES. The more classes you take the more savings you have on your classes.


7.CAN MY CHILD TAKE DIFFERENT CLASSES AT THE SAME TIME? (EXAMPLE A TUMBLING CLASS ALONG WITH A CHEER PREP CLASS)?
YES. You may take any class and as many as you like. They do not have to be the same type of classes.


8.ARE CLASSES ALL THE SAME PRICE?
YES. There are some exceptions but the majority of our classes are the same price.


9.ARE CLASSES PAID BY THE CLASS OR BY THE MONTH AND IS THERE A REGISTRATION FEE?
All of our classes are on a monthly cycle and paid by the month. There is a registration fee and once paid is good for one year. Once registered you are considered a member of the gym and are in titled to all benefits of the gym.


10.IF I MISS A CLASS DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT CLASS AND OR ARE THERE MAKE-UPS I CAN TAKE?
YES. Generally you will have to pay for that class. There are certain circumstances depending on the situation that we may pro-rate the month for you. Make ups are not offered.


11.HOW DO I KNOW IF MY CHILD IS ADVANCING TO THE NEXT LEVEL? WHAT PROGRAM DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE? Our coaches will do periodic evaluations of each student and will communicate this back to the parents to let you know how your child is doing in that class.


12.HOW LONG DOES MY CHILD HAVE TO STAY IN EACH CLASS, IS THERE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME THEY ARE REQUIRED TO STAY IN A CLASS BEFORE ADVANCING TO ANOTHER LEVEL?
No. Advancing to the next level in a class depends on the student and the coach. Every student learns and advances on their abilities and the abilities of the coaches to get them to that next level.
